The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa Gurgaon, Gurgaon

The hotel has spacious and clean rooms with amazing interior, but they have become somewhat run down in the last few years. The service is extremely polite, with thoughtful gestures like goldfish in the room, though some staff may need better training. The location, although in a more secluded area, offers a beautiful natural setting amidst trees and plants. The dining experience offers exceptional options with a huge spread, including various breakfast varieties. The facilities are well-kept, providing a pleasant stay overall.

I was quite surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms were dirty, which was a shocker given the amount charged which did not feel like value for money. It was especially chilling and worse than my own home. Despite upgrading to the Premier Villa from the Premier Room, the experience was not satisfactory.

The hotel offers spacious rooms equipped with basic amenities and surrounded by lush green gardens. The service is exceptional, with staff going the extra mile to ensure a satisfying experience, despite a small booking error. The location is expansive with various facilities like a tennis court, kids play area, gym, and swimming pool, perfect for families. However, the rough roads leading to the resort can be challenging and the property can get crowded at times.
